BOARD MEMBERSHIP

ACCORDING TO GREENWOOD FARM ASSOCIATION BYLAWS:

​

1) The Corporation shall be governed by a Board of an odd number of no fewer than nine (9) and no more than fifteen (15) Directors who shall be voting members of the Corporation in good standing.

​

2) The Board  of Directors is responsible for the management and control of the affairs, funds, and property of the Corporation (Greenwood Farm).

​

3) Two meetings per month: 2nd Monday of the Month — Full Board Meeting; 4th Monday of the Month — Committee Meetings.
