Greenwood Farm, now a community park owned by the city of Richmond Heights and maintained by volunteers as a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is preserved in honor of its most recent owners, George and Maude Phypers, who taught their six children to respect and enjoy the surrounding landscape and natural beauty.
