ENJOY YOUR VISIT
The almost 20 acres and structures you'll discover at Greenwood Farm include a historic home, groundskeeper's cottage, original 1880's barn and majestic views of Euclid Creek. With meandering woodland trails and a peaceful waterfall, this property is yours to enjoy all year long.
Greenwood Farm, now a community park owned by the city of Richmond Heights and maintained by volunteers as a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is preserved in honor of its most recent owners, George and Maude Phypers, who taught their six children to respect and enjoy the surrounding landscape and natural beauty.
